Eleanor of Aquitaine was born about 1122 in Aquitaine.1 She was the daughter of William X Duke of Aquitaine and Aenor de Chattelerault.1 She married Louis VII King of France, son of Louis VI King of France and Adelaide of Maurienne, on July 22, 1137 in Bordeaux.2 She married Henry II (Curtmantle) King of England, son of Geoffrey V Plantagenet Count of Anjou and Matilda, on May 18, 1152 in Bordeaux, France. She died on April 1, 1204 in Fontevraud Abbey.1 She was buried in Fontevraud Abbey.1
