Joan of Acre was born 1272 in Acre, Palestine. She was the daughter of Edward I (Longshanks) King of England and Eleanor of Castile. She married Gilbert De Clare Earl Gloucester on April 30, 1290 in Westminster, Abbey, London, England. She married Ralph de Monthermer Baron in January, 1297. She died on April 23, 1307 in Clare, Suffolk, England.
