Philip of Flanders Count was born 1837. He was the son of Leopold I George of Saxe-Coburg King of Belgium and Louise Marie d'Orleans. He married Marie, daughter of Charles Anthony Prince and Josephine of Baden, in 1867. He died in 1905.
