Cicely was born March 20, 1469. She was the daughter of Edward IV King of England and Elizabeth. She married John 1st Welles Viscount Welles before December, 1487. She married Thomas of Isle of Wight Kyme before January, 1504. She died on August 24, 1507 in Quarr Abbey, Isle of Wight, England, at age 38.
