Sir John Savage was born about 1370.1 He was the son of Sir John Savage and Margaret Daniers. He married Maud Swinerton, daughter of Robert Swinerton. He died on August 1, 1450.1

He was made knight by King Henry V at battle of Agincourt in 1415.2
