�����Phillip I King of Germany was born 1177. He was the son of Frederick Barbarossa King of Germany and Beatrix de Bourgogne. He married Maria of Byzantium, daughter of Isaac II Angelos Byzantine Emperor and Eirene Tornikaina. He died in 1208 in Bamberg.
����� Phillip I King of Germany was also known as Phillip von Staufen, Duke of Swabia. He was murdered at Bamberg, on June 21, 1208, by Otto of Wittelsbach, count palatine in Bavaria, to whom he had refused the hand of one of his daughters.
