Cicero Holton Dobbs was born on May 11, 1880.1 He was the son of John Perry Dobbs and Martha Ann Woodon.1 He died on June 1, 1954 at age 74.1

According to "And the Dead Shall Rise: The Murder of Mary Phagan and the Lynching of Leo Frank" by Steve Oney (Pantheon Books, 2003), Cicero H. Dobbs was involved in the lynching of Leo Frank and that he provided transportation for the lynch mob in his taxi. (see also Evan Prothro Dobbs).2,3
