Hugh Kelsey Bannon was born in 1872 in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky. He was the son of Richard Bannon and Henrietta Knox Kelsey. He died after 1904.1
He was found on Louisville City Directory list in 1890 in Louisville.2 The US census of 1900 list Henrietta Bannon Campbell as having had a total of six children and five of whom were living in 1900. It is assumed that Hugh Bannon died sometime between 1880 and 1900.
