Wesley Spiegel was born on July 19, 1896 in Fayette County, Texas.1 He was the son of Charles Spiegel and Minnie Schaefer. He died on December 12, 1965 in Port Arthur, Texas, at age 69.1

He was a vice president and banker in First National Bank, Port Arthur, Texas.1
